These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 977pak website located at https://977pak.cam ("Platform", "Site", "977pak", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using this Platform, you ("Player", "User", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as updated from time to time.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 977pak website at https://977pak.cam and all associated services, features and content accessible through it.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual upon completing the registration process on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any natural person who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or not.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, reload offer, cashback award or similar incentive credited to a Player's account subject to applicable promotion terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the number of times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount, as specified per promotion) must be bet through before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by the Platform to validate a Player's identity, age and source of funds before certain transactions are processed.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency denomination used to display balances and transaction amounts on this Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited under applicable local law.

To register for and use a 977pak account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or excluded by the Platform from gambling services.
• You are not a current employee, director, consultant or contractor of 977pak or any associated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

By registering an account, you warrant and represent that all of the above eligibility conditions are satisfied. 977pak reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update your account details promptly if they change. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. 977pak is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the Platform's support team immediately via the contact details provided in Section 18 of these Terms.

Your use of the Platform is subject to the following general conditions:

• The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Commercial exploitation of Platform content or services is prohibited.
• You must not use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable local, national or international laws or regulations.
• You must not attempt to access, tamper with or disrupt any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure, including its servers, databases or security systems.
• You must not use automated software, bots, scripts or other artificial means to access or interact with the Platform.
• You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own discretion and financial risk.
• 977pak does not guarantee the availability, continuity or error-free operation of the Platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions.

The Platform operates in English. All terms, bonus conditions, odds formats and support communications are delivered in English. Urdu support is available during select hours as an additional service — the English-language version of any document or communication governs in the event of any ambiguity.

All deposits into your 977pak account must originate from a payment method held in your own name. 977pak does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Deposits processed using payment methods not registered under your name may be rejected and refunded less any applicable processing fees.

Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in alternative currencies or via cryptocurrency will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the Platform at the time of the transaction.

The minimum deposit amount and any applicable deposit limits are communicated within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change. 977pak reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that trigger AML review thresholds.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Platform's cashier section, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be satisfied in full before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible, as part of standard AML compliance.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is communicated within the cashier section and is subject to revision.
• Processing times vary by method. The Platform aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier section, but does not guarantee processing times in all circumstances.

977pak reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing where a transaction is under AML review, where account verification is incomplete, or where suspicious activity has been detected on the account.

977pak may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• All bonus amounts are illustrative and subject to change. Published PKR figures (such as "up to PKR 25,000" or "up to PKR 10,000") are ceiling amounts and are not guaranteed to every player in every circumstance.
• Each bonus carries a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Rollover requirements are stated per promotion at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the promotion terms. Unused or unmet bonus conditions after the expiry date will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount and any associated winnings.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus via a second or subsequent account constitutes multi-accounting and is a breach of these Terms.
• 977pak reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and gaming activity conducted on the 977pak Platform:

• Acceptance of Bets: The Platform reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in the display of incorrect odds.
• Palpable Errors: Where odds are manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error ("palpable error"), 977pak reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• In-Play Markets: In-play betting is subject to the Platform's prevailing live odds at the time the bet is accepted. Connectivity or data-feed delays may affect the timing of in-play market availability, particularly during high-volume events such as PSL fixtures or ICC tournament matches.
• Result Disputes: The Platform's determination of event results is final. Results are sourced from recognised data providers. In the event of a dispute, the Player must raise the matter within 30 days of the relevant event.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event abandonment, incomplete fixtures, data errors or regulatory instruction. Void bet stakes are returned in full.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 977pak Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using automated software, artificial intelligence tools, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted for standard players.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or software malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including structured betting designed solely to meet rollover requirements without genuine play intent, as determined by 977pak's risk team.
• Providing false identity information, falsified documents, or using another person's identity during KYC verification.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates applicable AML regulations.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited.

In order to comply with Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering obligations, 977pak may require Players to submit identity and verification documentation at various points, including upon registration, prior to processing withdrawals or when account activity triggers a review threshold.

Verification documents may include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of address documentation dated within the preceding three months.
• Source of funds documentation where required by AML compliance procedures.
• Payment method verification documentation.

Until KYC verification is completed and approved, certain Platform functions — including withdrawals — may be restricted. 977pak reserves the right to hold pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.

977pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct.
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Platform's Responsible Gambling programme.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's own breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited. Verified real-money balances not subject to active wagering restrictions will be returned to the Player via the applicable payment method following completion of any required AML review.

Players wishing to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting the Platform's support team. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed during the requested exclusion period.

977pak is committed to supporting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of player-protection tools accessible through account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control their spending.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds within configurable time periods.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and the account will be restricted from all play and promotional communications during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Players of the duration and value of their current session.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 977pak and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions, delays or errors in Platform availability caused by circumstances beyond 977pak's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, ISP restrictions, power failures or force majeure events.
• Any decision made by you based on information, odds or data displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

All content on the 977pak Platform — including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, text, logos, software and data — is the property of 977pak or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense or otherwise exploit any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or proprietary rights notices contained in Platform content.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the Platform's operator is licensed, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section affects your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your own jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. 977pak makes no representation that its services comply with Pakistani law or are sanctioned by any Pakistani authority.

977pak reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided to registered Players through in-platform notifications or by email to the address registered on the account.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to a revision, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent material revision was made. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
